BendsPasquali Microwave System offers a wide range of waveguide bend solutions. Two types of bends are available: the first type is based on standard E-plane and H-plane bends brazed to waveguide sections and flanges, the second is a fully customable type of bends that are obtained through plastic deformation of the waveguide.
These latter bends can provide excellent VSWR performance while satisfying specific mechanical constrains, even with non-standard waveguides. Double bends, both on the E and H plane, are also feasible.

Pressure windowsPasquali Microwave System designs and manufactures pressure windows, capable to withstand the requested pressurization level without degradation of RF performance. Standard windows are made with Kapton, or Diclad. Alternative solutions can be analyzed in order to be suitable to customer’s application.

complex waveguide networks and waveguide pathsPasquali Microwave System is also specialized in supplying complex waveguide networks that fit specific mechanical constraints set by the customer, in addition to RF and environmental requirements. PMS also provides the design, manufacture and installation of waveguide paths for any kind of platforms, such as vessels, submarines, aircrafts and shelters. A service of test, repair and maintenance is also provided.

TwistsWaveguide twists are commonly utilized for rotating the waveguide orientation while maintaining its internal size. Waveguide twists with 45° and 90° rotation angles (left- and right-hand available) are supplied for the most common standard rectangular waveguides. Custom solutions for different rotation angles and non-standard waveguides are also possible.

Adaptors and transitionsPasquali Microwave System offers a wide variety of adaptors from rectangular waveguides to coaxial connectors, in both “right-angled” and “end-launcher” configuration.
PMS also manufactures Waveguide-to-Waveguide Transitions for both standard and non-standard waveguides. Various flange configurations are possible. Pressurized solutions are also available.

flangesPasquali Microwave System offers a standard product line of flanges covering waveguide sizes WR10 through WR650 including UBR, CAR, PBR, UAR, CBR, and PAR, and Special Flanges. American styles are also available, such as UG, CMR, CPR Flat, CPR Grooved, Cover, Choke, PDR, UDR.
Pasquali Microwave System also designs and manufactures customised flanges and RF/mechanical interfaces according to customer requirements.

Flexible and Twistable waveguidesIn airborne application the vibration requirement is a critical issue and a rigid waveguide configuration could compromise the mechanical integrity of the waveguide path; in this case a flexible twistable waveguide is necessary to compensate the vibrations and to absorb the mechanical stress. Also in those applications where a waveguide path must connect the transmitter unit to the antenna or the antenna to the receiver, a flexible waveguide can help for compensating the dimensional tolerances.
