Waveguides products
Pasquali Microwave Systems supplies standard rectangular waveguides ranging from WR-650 to WR-28, including flexible and twistable waveguides. WRD standard waveguides are also available. PMS is also able to manufacture custom waveguides upon request, such as half-height waveguides or lightweight waveguides (with reduced wall thickness).
PMS has a skilled staff and proper resources for developing and manufacturing waveguide paths specific to customer’s application. Available materials are aluminum alloys, brass, copper.

ferrite devicesPasquali Microwave Systems has the capability to design and manufacture a very large variety of ferrite waveguide devices such as Circulators, Switches or Isolators that range from WR284 up to WR28 standards. These devices are suited for applications where stability with temperature variations, pressurization and high power capability are requested.

rotary jointsWith 50 years of experience in combining microwave technology and kinetic mechanics, Pasquali Microwave Systems is a supplier of rotary joints in a wide variety of coaxial and waveguide configurations for various platform applications, such as ground based, shipboard, airborne, vehicle mounted radars and microwave systems.
Pasquali Microwave Systems is also a supplier of maintenance and repair services for its own Rotary Joints and those of other manufacturers.

Monopulse comparatorsPasquali Microwave Systems has the capability to design, fabricate and test Waveguide Monopulse Comparators for radar applications. We can offer custom solutions for peculiar electrical and mechanical requirements.

Absorbing loadsMicrowave Absorbing loads are used to absorb any electromagnetic interference which may occur in a RF or microwave application. Pasquali Microwave Systems supplies a wide range of microwave absorbers to reduce interferences and unwanted reflections. Besides its standard product range of waveguide loads, Pasquali Microwave Systems also offers customized components developed and designed according to the customers’ requirements.

Passive waveguide componentsThanks to the support of RTW team, which takes care of the electromagnetic design activity, Pasquali Microwave Systems is able to supply a wide range of microwave components, including complex items as Multipole Filtes, Orthomode Transducers, and Power Combiner/Dividers, starting from the specification requirements of customers.

Antennas
Pasquali Microwave Systems designs and manufactures a wide range of antenna types across the radio frequency spectrum. Pasquali Microwave Systems provides its customers with tailored products that fit their own particular needs. Standard products are also available. As a result of the cooperation with the engineering team of RTW, antenna designs are steadily extended and continually improved to the highest standards.

Solid State Waveguide Power LimitersPasquali Microwave Systems is now developing a TR Limiter line in X band, based on solid state technology.

Millimeterwave componentsRecent advances have been made by Pasquali Microwave Systems in the manufacturing of millimeter-wave components through electroforming. Electroforming is a metal forming process that forms thin parts through the electroplating process. The part is produced by plating a metal skin onto a base form, known as a mandrel, which is removed after plating. The main advantage of electroforming is that it reproduces the external shape of the mandrel within a tolerance of one micron.
