Pasquali Microwave Systems supplies standard rectangular waveguides ranging from WR-650 to WR-28, including flexible and twistable waveguides. WRD standard waveguides are also available. PMS is also able to manufacture custom waveguides upon request, such as half-height waveguides or lightweight waveguides (with reduced wall thickness).
PMS has a skilled staff and proper resources for developing and manufacturing waveguide paths specific to customer’s application. Available materials are aluminum alloys, brass, copper.

These devices are suited for applications where stability with temperature variations, pressurization and high power capability are requested.

Millimeterwave components

Millimeterwave componentsRecent advances have been made by Pasquali Microwave Systems in the manufacturing of millimeter-wave components through electroforming. Electroforming is a metal forming process that forms thin parts through the electroplating process. The part is produced by plating a metal skin onto a base form, known as a mandrel, which is removed after plating. The main advantage of electroforming is that it reproduces the external shape of the mandrel within a tolerance of one micron.
